Online Return-to-School Packets Are Now Available!

All SHUSD families are required to complete the Annual Parent Data Confirmation before the start of the school year.
You can complete this process by:

Scanning the QR code on the flyer below,
Downloading the Aeries Mobile Portal app, or
Visiting the SHUSD website Aeries Parent Portal.

During the Parent Data Confirmation process, you will:

Review and update your student's contact and emergency information.
Complete required district forms.
Review important district policies and permissions.

Please note: This process is required for every student, even if your information has not changed since last year. If you have more than one child enrolled in SHUSD, you will need to complete the Parent Data Confirmation separately for each student.

If you need assistance, school offices reopen on Monday, August 3, and staff will be available to help you complete the process. You are also welcome to stop by the SHUSD District Office, where I would be happy to assist you with completing your Parent Data Confirmation.
