SHHS thanks our volunteer drivers who transport our student athletes to sporting events. If you wish to become a volunteer driver, please see the information below.

SHUSD Volunteer Drivers: can drive any SHHS student. To be a volunteer driver, you must have on file with SHHS:

• Volunteer Application Packet - click here or download forms
  • Volunteer Guidelines English
  • Volunteer Application English

• Background check - please call Diana Carr for the screening application
• TB negative test result
• Completed Volunteer Auto Use Form
  • Volunteer Auto Use Form English
• Copy of valid driver’s license
• Copy of current auto insurance policy declarations (minimum of $100K/$300K liability)

Conductores Voluntarios de SHUSD: pueden conducir a cualquier estudiante de SHHS. Para ser un conductor voluntario, debe tener en los archivos de SHHS:

• Paquete de Solicitud de Voluntariado: haga clic acqui o descargue los formularios
  • Pautas de Voluntario
  • Solicitud de Voluntario
• Verificación de Antecedentes
• Resultado negativo de la prueba de tuberculosis
• Formulario de Uso Automático de Voluntario - completado
  • Formulario de Uso de Automobil de Voluntario
• Copia de licencia de conducir
• Copia de las declaraciones actuales de la póliza de seguro de automóvil (minimo de responsabilidad de $100K/$300K)
